Turnkey bathroom

Strip-out, plumbing, waterproofing, tiling and fitting: your bathroom is delivered ready to use in three weeks.

This is the room where a mistake costs the most. Poor waterproofing under the shower tray is invisible on handover; it becomes visible eighteen months later, on the ceiling below.

We always treat the substrate before tiling, using a system compliant with French standard DTU 52.2.

What the service covers

DTU 52.2 compliant waterproofing
Walk-in showers
Plumbing and wiring renewed

How the work runs

1 Survey and assessment We come on site to measure, open up what needs opening and record the constraints. We never quote a price over the phone.
2 Itemised quote Trade-by-trade pricing within 48 hours, with the outline schedule and our insurance certificates.
3 Coordinated delivery A single site manager sequences the trades in the right order and updates you every week.
4 Handover and warranties Joint handover inspection, any snags cleared, then warranties and manuals handed over.
