A five-week refurbishment of a flat in Villeurbanne: bathroom, kitchen and bedroom.

The bathroom was completely redone: new wall and floor finishes, shower enclosure, vanity unit and a new water heater.

In the kitchen, the old units gave way to white cabinets with a charcoal worktop and splashback, on a new floor. The bedroom walls were repaired and repainted, and the parquet restored.
