General renovation
One point of contact from the first sketch to handover: we coordinate every trade on site.
MULTIRENOV grew out of a simple observation: on a renovation site, what goes wrong is almost never the craft — it is the coordination.
Before founding the firm we saw too many sites where the plumber waited on the plasterer, who waited on the electrician. Every trade did its job properly, and the client waited six weeks longer than promised.
So we built employed teams for the main trades and kept project management in house. One quote, one schedule, one person answerable for the whole.
That has a cost: we are not always the cheapest at first pricing. It also has a measurable effect: our sites are handed over when we said they would be.
They are not in the contract, but they decide how we work.
An itemised quote, and immediate disclosure of anything unwelcome we find once the walls are open.
We will not start finishes until the substrate is sound. It sometimes costs a few days; it avoids doing the job twice.
Dates are contractual. We check material availability before announcing them.
A contact who answers, a weekly update, and a site less than thirty minutes from our office.
One point of contact from the first sketch to handover: we coordinate every trade on site.
Strip-out, plumbing, waterproofing, tiling and fitting: your bathroom is delivered ready to use in three weeks.
From the layout plan to the worktop, factoring in drainage and electrical constraints.
Riser replacement, new pipework, sanitary fittings and heating.
